> What means are in place to secure payment?
Payment is 100% secure: no banking information is transmitted or maintained by our site. Your order is recorded as soon as the payment is accepted by the banking service.

From shopping cart to payment confirmation, a padlock in the address bar indicates that the transaction is secured by the "https" protocol and that the site's identity is validated by a " SSL”. Confidential data (banking and personal) is encrypted making it impossible to read.

For even more security, our entire site is protected by the SSL certificate.

What are the possible payment methods?
By credit card and Paypal.

How can I be sure that my payment has been accepted?
After receiving your payment, you will automatically receive an email summarizing your order and the total of your purchases. Thereafter, you receive a second email with the tracking number of the package once it has been shipped.

DELIVERY

What are the delivery methods and times?
We work with Colissimo and Colis Privé for delivery directly to your home. For France it takes about 7 to 10 working days.

How is delivery carried out?
Your order is shipped via Colissimo or Colis Privé with a tracking number. We send you the link to follow the delivery step by step. In addition, we advise you to group your orders to benefit from the free delivery costs.

How high are the delivery costs?
For mainland France, delivery costs are free from purchases of €80.

Below this amount, delivery costs are €4.90.

How do I know where my package is?
You will receive an email with the tracking number the day your order is sent

With this number you can easily go to the colissimo website to follow the delivery in real time.

What are the delivery times?
Delivery times are on average 7 to 10 working days after purchase. As each product is prepared and embroidered/printed by hand, shipping times may vary significantly.

What happens if I am not at home at the time of delivery?
The delivery arrives at the address you mentioned at the time of purchase. If you're not at home when the postman or delivery person comes by, don't panic: either the package goes into your mailbox and there's no problem, or it doesn't and a delivery notice is left in your mailbox. All the information will be indicated there: the time and day of the postman's visit as well as the post office where you can pick up your package. You must then go to the post office indicated within 10 working days with the transit advice note left by the postman as well as an identity document to collect it.

What type of packaging do we use to transport the package?
For small packages we use a reinforced envelope suitable for delivery to protect your package.
For larger packages, they are sent via reinforced cardboard.

How do I trade?

You have 30 days from delivery to return the product

How do I get a refund?

As we produce to order and have no stock, unfortunately we cannot afford to offer refunds. However, you can exchange the product as explained above
