Returns and Exchanges
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
BEFORE making a return, please contact us by email ( firstname.lastname@example.org)
Returns will be accepted under the following conditions:
- Return costs are your responsibility.
- The request must be made within 30 days (from the date of shipment).
- All items must be returned in their shipping conditions (labels, packaging...).
- Damaged products cannot be refunded.
- We will not be responsible for any address errors on the part of the customer. If your order is returned to us, we can return your order to the correct address, but charge you for the new shipment
- For exchanges, the customer must specify in his message as well as in a note accompanying his shipment, by which article he wishes to exchange his product
- Attention, exchanges and refunds are not accepted for items purchased on promotion (Sales and/or use of a promo code)
As we produce to order and have no stock, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds. However, it is possible to exchange the product as explained above.
